Liturgical Services
- Emanuel varies the liturgical services used throughout the year. Here are the main
services that are used with a description of each.
- Emanuel Choir
- The Emanuel Choir provides leadership of music in worship. Here is an
overview of the Choir's role and an invitation to join. Choir practice is
Wednesday evening.
- Emanuel Ringers
- The Emanuel Ringers provide handbell music using the two octave set of
Schulmerich Handbells at various worship services throughout the year. The
rehearsal for this group is held immediately following the 10:30am worship
service on Sunday.
- Emanuel Winds
- Our congregation has many youth and adult instrumentalists who
contribute individually and as ensembles during worship.
- Orff Instruments
- Emanuel has a full set of Orff instruments that are used to complement
our worship services.
- The O'Dell Organ
- Our organ was originally built in 1917 by J. H. & C. S. Odell & Co., New
York, NY. It was renovated in 1993-94 by James A. Konzelman Pipe Organ
Company of Hoboken, NJ, and currently consists of 17 Ranks, 44 Stops,

- Director of Music
- Wayne Dietterick began serving as director of music at Emanuel in April
